10.2 Control elements and details
10.2.1 Infeed
The following controls are to be found on the top of the infeed tunnel:
10.2.1.1 EMERGENCY STOP
Pressing this EMERGENCY STOP turns off the tray feed.
10.2.1.2 Height limiting light barrier
The height of tray loads is monitored by the height limiting light barrier. If this is activated,
the tray feed belt stops. Once the problematic load has been removed, the tray feed auto-
matically turns back on.
10.2.2 Infeed tunnel flap
The tunnel flap is secured with a safety switch
and can only be opened with a key.
The tunnel flap may only be opened by a
trained person.
This may be necessary if the installation's self-
monitoring system is turned off. In case of dan-
ger, activate the EMERGENCY STOP.
