Auto Power Save
Configure whether to shut down the N10/N100 automatically if the music stops playing and a specific amount of
time passes. You can select from off, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes.
Notes:
• The N10/N100 will not be powered down while playing music.
• If the N10/N100 is accessed from a Network Audio Player or computer, it will not be powered down even after the
specified time passes.
Network
LAN Port
Configures whether to automatically acquire the IP address from a DHCP
server or enter it manually. If “Fixed IP” is selected, enter the IP address,
subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS server.
Player Port
Selects “Bridged” if the N10/N100’s LAN port is connected to the router.
If directly connecting the N10/N100 and the Network Audio Player, select
“Isolated Mode”. When you select “Off”, the player port will be disabled.
Friendly Name Changes the friendly name (hostname) of the N10/N100.
Drive
Format Internal Drive
Formats the internal drive of the N10/N100.
If you select “Erase All Data”, all data on the drives will be completely erased.
Data removed this way will be nearly impossible to recover with the current
tools.
Format USB Drive
Formats the USB drive.
If you select “Erase All Data”, all data on the drives will be completely erased.
Data removed this way will be nearly impossible to recover with the current
tools.
Initialize Settings
Restores the N10/N100 settings to the factory default.
Dismount USB Drive
Dismount the connected USB drive for which “Mount and Scan” had an action selected. This menu will show which
USB port the USB drive is connected to (either front or rear). This allows you to disconnect the USB drive while the
N10/N10 is on.
System Update
Internet
Updates the N10/N100’s firmware to the latest version via the Internet. Refer
to the “Updating via the Network” section in chapter 3 for the procedure to
update the firmware.
USB
Updates the N10/N100’s firmware to the latest version using a USB drive
that contains the firmware file. Refer to the “Updating from the USB Device”
section in chapter 3 for the procedure to update the firmware.
Check for Updates at Start-Up
Enables or disables checking for a new firmware release when turning on the
N10/N100.
