6. After the wash starts, open the flow cell compartment door, and
check whether the wash solution passes through the flow cell.
7. After wash, replace the cartridge and tube with new ones, and tap
Wash. Repeat step 3-5 to perform the second time wash.
8. Replace the cartridge and tube with new ones, and tap Wash.
Repeat step 3-5 to perform the third time wash.
9. Replace the cartridge and tube with new ones, and tap Back.
Select Regular from the Wash type list to perform the fourth
time wash.
10. Tap Back to return to the main interface.
11. Remove the washing flow cell, tube, and cleaning cartridge.
12. Store the washing flow cell at room temperature.
The washing flow cell can be reused for only one month. Dispose
of the flow cell according to local regulations and safety standards
of your laboratory.
13. Dispose of the tube according to local regulations and safety
standards of your laboratory.
14. Empty the remaining solution in the cleaning cartridge into an
appropriate waste container. Clean the cartridge with laboratory-
grade water, and let it air-dry.
