bubbles pass through the flow
cell.
2. Reinstall the sealing gasket
or replace the gasket with a
new one. After that, perform a
maintenance wash to verify the
fluidics function.
3. If the problem persists, contact
the technical support.
Waste level
sensor alarms.

The level
sensor is
not installed
properly.
z
The level
sensor is
damaged.
1. Check whether the level sensor
is blocked and whether it is
installed properly.
2. If the problem persists, contact
the technical support.
A large amount
of liquid remains
in the flow cell
after regular
wash.

The flow cell
leaks.

Reagent
needle

loose.
1. Check for damages on the
glass surface of the flow cell. If
damaged, replace the flow cell
with a new one, and clean the
surface before you place it on
the flow cell stage.
2. Perform a regular wash, and
check whether solutions remain
in the flow cell.
3. If the problem persists, contact
the technical support.
