Performance specifications
To comprehensively evaluate the accuracy and reproducibility of the
device for DNA sequencing of different DNBs and DNA sizes, the
national DNA references from different sources of DNBs (human,
bacteria and virus), different genome sizes and reference materials
for GC content are sequenced in three times. The sequencing results
of national references are compared with those of the standard
results. The accuracy rates are all between 99.36% and 99.79% in
the three experiments, and comply with the requirements of the
national DNA reference for performance evaluation on the genetic
sequencer (above 99.0%). Reproducibility of the results from
technical replicates on the device is high for the same reference
DNBs.
