4.0 Configuration
Remote Port
Specify the UDP port number of the Remote IP Address.
*Default Port Numbers for Microhard NMS (20100 for modem events, 20200 for
Management)

This is the interval time in seconds, that the pX2 will send the configured
UDP message to the Remote IP and Port specified.

Modem_event message structure
- fixed header (fixed size 20 bytes)
- Modem ID (uint64_t (8 bytes))
- Message type mask (uint8_t(1 byte))
- reserved
- packet length (uint16_t(2 bytes))
Note: packet length = length of fixed header + length of message payload.
