Fields Description
When this password is entered by the user, the user will be prompted
to change it. The new password will then be stored in the password his-
tory file. The password must contain a minimum of six alphanumeric
characters. This will not affect the Windows password.
Access level
Select the user’s application access level.
Password change date
This field is blank and disabled because this is a new user.
Change password on
next logon
Selected because the user’s assigned password is temporary and
must be changed when the user logs in to the application.
