CREATE A SERVICE USER ACCOUNT
A Service user account should be set up during installation to provide Micromeritics service
personnel access to system functions if a service call is required.
1. On the Administrator Utility window, click the User tab, then click Add.
Field Description
User Name
Enter the user's Windows User ID.
FullName
Enter Service.
Password
Enter password as a temporary password that can be used to access
the application. This password is not saved in the password history file.
When this password is entered by the user, the user will be prompted
to change it. The new password will then be stored in the password his-
tory file. The password must contain a minimum of six alphanumeric
characters. This will not affect the Windows password.
Access level
Select Developer.
