4 Analyzer Preparation
CONNECT GAS TO ANALYZER
Ensure the gas cylinder is closed before connecting the gas line to the analyzer.
Helium is connected to the He V7 port and up to three analysis gases can be connected to ports V14,
V8, and V9.
1. Remove the plug from the port.
2. Insert the gas line into the port and hand-tighten the connector nut.
3. Use a 7/16 in (11 mm) wrench to tighten the nut an additional 1/4 turn.
4. Connect all the remaining gases in the same manner.
