5 Operational Verification

d. Click From Reference and enter the reading from the Paroscientific gauge, or enter the
pressure reading from the pressure calibration standard. Press Enter.
e. Reduce the system pressure to 380 mmHg ± 20 mmHg. If the values for all 5 of the
1000mmHg transducers are within the tolerances shown on the Data Sheet, continue to
the next step.
13. Match the pressure transducers.
a. Go to Unit [n] > Calibration >Match Transducers.
b. Select:
l Manifold Transducer
l Port 1 Transducer
l Port 2 Transducer
l Port 3 Transducer
l P

c. Click Start. If no error messages display, continue to the next step.
d. If the analyzer has a 10 mmHg transducer, continue with the calibration standards
attached to the analyzer, otherwise remove the vacuum gauge and pressure calibration
standards.
e. If the system has a 10 mmHg transducer, continue with the filter frits removed, otherwise
re-install the filter frits in the sample port 1 and 2.
