5 Operational Verification
VERIFY DOSING MANIFOLD TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Verifying the 1000 mmHg transducers’ accuracy requires the use of:
l 003-09601-00 - Omega Thermometer
1. Remove the analyzer top cover.
2. Locate the manifold with the temperature sensor (RTD).
3. Place the meter thermocouple in the hole next to the RTD.
4. Replace the analyzer top cover.
5. Allow the meter thermocouple to thermally equilibrate for 10 minutes. Check the temperature
on the computer monitor and compare it to the meter temperature. If different, calibrate the
analyzer temperature (only if the reference temperature meter has been calibrated within 1
year.)
6. Go to Unit 1 > Calibration > Temperature.
7. Enter current temperature. Click OK.
