5 Operational Verification
DEVELOPER
ADeveloper is allowed to view and edit parameters of the sample file
1. Go to File > New > Sample Information.
2. Select a template to use, then click Create. In the Sample field, enter or edit the description .
3. Complete the fields from the following table.
Fields Description
Sample
Enter or edit the description for the analysis.
Operator
Enter the name of the operator performing the analysis.
Submitter
Enter the name of the department, company, etc. submitting the
sample for analysis.
Mass
Enter the sample mass.
Density
Enter the sample density. This value is applicable only when using the
Calculated free-space method.
Developer Fields
4. Select if data will be manually entered or automatically collected. If Manually entered is selec-
ted, an Entered tab displays across the top of the window.
5. Click each parameter tab and make any necessary edits. Refer to the TriStar II3020 Confirm
Operator Manual for detailed instructions on these fields.
6. Click Save and complete the Save As options.
7. Click Close.
