Chapter 5 Troubleshooting
Please check the hight of Jam Sensor
The height of the jam sensor is not correct.
• Match the height of the jam sensor to the
appropriate height.
MEDIA JAM
Detected media jam.
• Eliminate the media jam and press the
[ENTER] key.
If the problem can not be eliminated, contact y
our sales office, or service center.
Cover Open
Detected cover open.
• Check the cover (front cover, right side main-
tenance cover, left side maintenance cover
and back cover), close it if it is open, and
press the [ENTER] key.
