Image Optimization 5-27
Angle
This function is used to adjust the angle between Doppler vector and flow to make
the velocity more accurate.
The real-time adjusting angle value is displayed on the right part of the spectrum
map.
Rotate the <Angle> knob on the control panel to adjust.
The adjustable angle range is -89~89°, in increments of 1°.
Quick Angle
To adjust the angle faster, in increments 60°, and the real-time value of which is
displayed on the right part of the spectrum map.
Adjust through the [Quick Angle] item on the touch screen.
There are 3 angles for quickly adjustment: -60°, 0°, and 60°.
Dynamic Range
The dynamic range conveys the information that being transformed from echo
intensity to gray scale.
Adjust through the [Dyn Ra.] item on the touch screen.
The more the dynamic range, the more specific the information, and the lower the
contrast with more noise.
Audio
This function is used to adjust the output audio in spectrum map.
Rotate the <Volume> knob on the left of the touch panel to adjust the volume.
Press <Volume> knob to open or shut down the volume.
The adjusting range of the audio is 0-100%.
Utilizing the output audio helps to identify the feature and status of flow.
PW Steer
This function provides adjustment on angles for sampling line.
Adjust through the <Steer> deflector rod on the control panel.
This feature is used to steer the direction of the beam so as to change the angle
between the beam and flow direction with immobility of the linear probe.
Values of steer angles vary by probe.
The PW Steer function is available only for linear probes.
