15  CPU MODULE DATA BACKUP/RESTORATION FUNCTION
 
Backup data
Backup data is saved in an SD memory card. The following shows the folder structure of backup data.

For the setting of the upper limit value for the 
number of CPU module backup data, the number of 
backup data indicates the number of date folders.

block and step where the processing was
