37.4 System Consistency Check
File
Whether both systems have the same files is checked.
The following table shows whether or not to perform the check on each file type.
: Checked, : Not checked, : Storage not possible
*1 Reserved area for online change is also checked. ( Page 106 Configuration of a program file)
*2 Whether a file is stored or not is checked. The file contents are not checked.
*3 The file will not be checked at the timing on when SD memory cards are inserted during operation.
Operation of when a mismatch is detected
If a mismatch between the files is detected, a stop error occurs on the standby system CPU module.
Set the CPU modules of both systems to have the same files with either of the following methods.
• Writing the correct project to the standby system ( Page 603 Writing Data to the Programmable Controller)
• Executing the memory copy from the control system to the standby system for storing the same files in both systems (
Page 637 Memory Copy from Control System to Standby System)
