37.4 System Consistency Check
File
Whether both systems have the same files is checked.
The following table shows whether or not to perform the check on each file type.
: Checked, : Not checked, : Storage not possible
*1 Reserved area for online change is also checked. ( Page 106 Configuration of a program file)
*2 Whether a file is stored or not is checked. The file contents are not checked.
*3 The file will not be checked at the timing on when SD memory cards are inserted during operation.
Operation of when a mismatch is detected
If a mismatch between the files is detected, a stop error occurs on the standby system CPU module.
Set the CPU modules of both systems to have the same files with either of the following methods.
Writing the correct project to the standby system ( Page 603 Writing Data to the Programmable Controller)
Executing the memory copy from the control system to the standby system for storing the same files in both systems (
Page 637 Memory Copy from Control System to Standby System)
