3 MEMORY CONFIGURATION OF THE CPU MODULE
3.1 Memory Configuration
■Destination of the file header area
For the following CPU modules, the destination of the file header area is the data memory.
Device/label memory
The device/label memory has the following areas.
The capacity of each area can be changed with the setting of the CPU parameter. ( Page 95 Device/label memory area

Data to be allocated
The following table lists the data allocated to each area.
