(3) Error flag
In the event of a moderate error or a major error, Error flag (RXA) turns on.
To clear Latest error code (RWr0), turn on and off Error clear request flag (RYA).

(a) Error history
The error history is not cleared even if Error clear request flag (RYA) is turned on and off. To clear the error
history, set "1" in Error history clear command (address: 1000H).
For the error history clear, refer to the following:
• Error history clear command ( Page 223, Appendix 3 (24))
