Check whether the application compatible with the
QS001CPU is used or not.

An error occurred in the access destination or
relay station, or the specified transfer setup
(request destination module I/O number) is
illegal.
Take corrective action after checking the error that
occurred at the specified access destination or the
relay station to the accessed station.
Check the transfer setup (request destination module
I/O number or PLC number) in the request data of the
peripheral device.
