Symbols on the Instrument
Each safety label on the instrument contains an alert symbol that indicates the type of
potential safety hazard. The following table lists the alert symbols on the instrument.
Symbol Indication
This symbol indicates that you must consult the product documentation.
This symbol indicates a potential lifting hazard. To prevent injury, use a minimum of
two people to lift the instrument. For information about the weight of the instrument,
see Physical Specifications on page 129.
This symbol indicates a potential pinch hazard.
This symbol indicates a potential biohazard.
This symbol indicates a potential heat hazard.
This symbol indicates an electrostatic sensitive device (ESD). Observe precautions for
handling electrostatic sensitive devices.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is
