3.6 Individual Operations of Maintenance
3.6.17 Check of swing support
• Check the swing support once ayear for excessive play.
• Lift the machine with a crane for 1-point lifting eye.
• Visually check the clearance of the pendulum bearing by ap-
plying pressure on the machine alternatively upwards and
downwards.
3.6.18 Check of articulation joint
• Check the articulation joint once ayear for excessive play.
• Lift the machine with a crane for 1-point lifting eye.
• Visually check the clearance of the articulated joint by ap-
plying pressure on the machine alternatively upwards and
downwards.
