Check sealing
Check whether the seal seam is perfect. Otherwise air can infiltrate the
pouch. This worsens the durability of the product.
Separating excess pouch film
Can be done easily:
– The sealing time setting is correct!
Not possible:
– Pouch is not sealed securely.
– Increase the sealing time.
– Repeat the packing process with a new pouch.
– Excess pouch film falls off by itself, seal seam is cloudy and has blis-
ters. Pouch is not sealed securely.
– Decrease the sealing time.
– Repeat the packing process with a new pouch.
