Pre-cleaning
– Remove the power plug from the socket.
– Remove coarse dirt: Remove all coarse contamination by hand, such
as meat remains.
Main cleaning
– Get the cleaning agent concentration from the cleaning agent specifi-
cations.
–Wipe off the entire machine with a neutral cleaning agent. Warm water
improves the cleaning action. Allow 15 minutes for the cleaning agent
to react.
–Wipe carefully with warm water (40 to 50 °C). Take care that not too
much water enters the chamber. Let the machine dry with the lid open.
– After cleaning the machine, spray with alcohol-based disinfectant.
– After allowing enough time to react, wipe the entire machine with suffi-
cient quantities of water of drinking water quality.
Disinfection -
Corrosion protection
Disinfectants degrease metal. Observe the following after each cleaning or
disinfection.
– After each disinfection, restore the grease film of the metal (machine
housing) with a corrosion protection agent.
– Do not use disinfectants containing chlorine, use disinfectants con-
taining alcohol.
– Only use corrosion protection agents that are food compatible (e.g.,
"white oil") for parts of the machine that come into contact with the
product. Polish off rust film formation before applying the corrosion pro-
tection agents.
