Check pouch
Check tightness
Check the sealed pouch for tightness.
A leaky pouch is caused by:
–A leaky seal seam:
– Pouch is dirty in the seal seam area.
– Sealing time is too short.
– Damage to the pouch:
– Sharp-edged products such as sharp bones sticking through.
– Air comes into the pouch, the durability of the product is decreased.
– Check if the product is completely enclosed in the pouch.
If yes:
– Pressure is set correctly.
If no:
– Pressure is set too high, seal seam leaks or pouch is damaged.
– Correct the pressure as necessary.
– Repeat the packing process with a new pouch.
