to take account of external noise and ambient surroundings.
If the machine is set up in a room where sound reverberates, the actual
noise that the workers are exposed to may be higher.
This value is applicable to new or overhauled machines with optimal set-
tings at the time of delivery. A higher level could result during operation
due to wear or modified settings.
