Select “Folder”, and press [Enter].

Select the desired folder shortcut, and press [Select].
To deselect the destination, press [Clear].

Enter the user name to access the folder, and press [Enter].
When no authentication is required to access the folder, proceed to step 9.

Enter the password to access the folder, and press [Enter].

To specify a sub-folder, press [] and then [Subfolder].
•To deselect the destination, press [Clear].
•The selected destinations will have a
icon displayed.

Select the desired sub-folder, press [Select].
•To deselect the destination, press [Clear].
•The selected destinations will have a
icon displayed.

Press [Close].

When all the desired folders are selected, press [Close] repeatedly until the “Scan
Ready” screen is displayed.
