5.1.18 Exhaust Fan menu
Sets up Exhaust fan operation.
Ventilates the inside of the printer to stablize the parts performance. It also decreases the contamination
by ink mist inside the printer. We recommend that you use Exhaust fan, especially when printing for a
long time.
This function is not displayed for VJ-1938WX.
5.1.19 Longstore menu
Wash Print head with the cleaning fluid.
• Be sure to use the dedicated cleaning fluid.

Setup item Setting Description
Exhaust fan Off Turn Off Exhaust fan. .
<Low> Start Exhaust fan at Low.
High Start Exhaust fan at High.
— • [Enter] key: saves the setting and shifts to the previous
menu.
• [Cancel] key: cancels the setting and shifts to the previous
menu.

Setup item Setting Description
Longstore Start Wash Print head with the cleaning fluid.
• [Enter] key:
Performs head cleaning.
The following content is displayed on Operation panel.
Remove Cartridges
Remove Ink cartridge, and install Cleaning cartridge.
6.1.1 Replacing Ink cartridges
— • [Cancel] key: shifts to the previous menu without Head
washing.
