governthisoperation.MixingofRFsuppliersonasiteisnot
recommended
untiltheRFsuppliershavedemonstrated
interoperability.
Thewirelessnetworksoperateatspeedsof1‐11Mbpswith2percent
packetlosstypical.Theapplicationdevelopermustbeawareofthe
performancelimitationsanddesignapplicationsthatareacceptableto
thecustomerwhenrunovertheslowernetwork.
RemoteWakeupover
thewirelessnetworkisnotpossiblebecausethe
cardsdonotsupportit.Analternativeistousethesystemreal‐time
clockwakeupatascheduledtime.
DependingontheOSenvironment,RemoteBootmaybesupported,
butduetotheslownetworkspeedalargeboot image
maytakean
unacceptablylongtimetoload.Theapplicationdeveloperneedsto
ensurethattheloadisofreasonablesize.
