System Upgrade
This chapter describes the procedures to add options and replace the failed components.
IMPORTANT:
Optional devices described in this chapter should not be installed or removed by the user. NEC
does not assume any liability for damage to optional devices or the server or malfunctions of the
server resulted from installation by the user.
Be sure to use only optional devices and cables designated by NEC. Repair of the server due to
malfunctions, failures, or damage resulted from installing undesignated devices or cables will
be charged.
