Reset the MB switch.

If the fault cannot be cleared,
replace the card.
L0 lamp is on LAN connection

Check to see if the LAN cable is cor-
rectly connected.

LAN connection

Check to see if the LAN cable is
correctly connected.
Confirm the condition of the LAN
device (such as power of the HUB)
connected to the IP-PAD.
If the fault cannot be cleared,
replace the card.
