4. Put your finger within the protrusion (shown in the figure) of the ejector, and
pull it the ejector toward you to release the controller module.

5. Open the ejector by pulling it towards the left. See Figure 3-6.

6. Pull the controller out of the chassis, turn it over and set it on a clean
surface.
7. Remove the cache memory stick(s) from the controller. The cache memory
will be used in the replacement controller. See Figure 3-7.
