Use this option to turn off or on the Send 4PM Mes-
sage option. If turned on, the system sends 4PM
message to VoiceMail. This must be set to 1 (On) for
InMail Hotel Integration to work.
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled
Default = 0
Operation
Check-In
To set a room as checked in from the front desk phone.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial 638.
3. Dial the extension number of the room you want to check in.
4. You hear confirmation tone.
5. Hang up.
Check-Out
To set a room as checked out from the front desk phone.
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial 639.
3. Dial the extension number of the room you want to check out.
4. You hear confirmation tone.
5. Hang up.
