Automated Attendant Transfer
Description
An extension user can transfer a trunk call to the Automated Attendant to enable an outside caller to
use the Automated Attendant dialing options.
Extensions cannot call or be transferred to the InMail Automated Attendant.

Instruction Menu message, and provide dialing options to callers.
Programming
No additional programming required.
Operation
Automated Attendant Transfer
To transfer an outside call to the Automated Attendant:
1. While on an outside call, press Hold key.
2. Dial the voice mail master number (e.g., 200).
3. Hang up.
