1. As a target, prepare a card on which crosshairs are
drawn.
Place the target at least 50 cm from the fiber
attachment unit, aim the Ar laser, and clamp it at the
position at which the beam strikes the center of the
target.
2. Using the procedure in Section 2, “Adjusting the Ar
dichroic mirror adjustment unit angle”, adjust the
dichroic mirror adjustment units vertically and
horizontally so that the beams from the other two
lasers also roughly coincide with the target.
