Item Component State Function
1 Master Pump Control
Toggles the master Pump control On or Off
S The Master Pump control LED is illuminated
when the pump is On.
S The LED flashes when the Auto Pump option is
enabled while waiting for Temperature Ready.
Once Temperature Ready is reached, the LED
stops flashing and remains illuminated.
2 Master Heater Control Toggles the Master Heat control On or Off
The LED is illuminated when the Master Heater
control is On.
3 Master Temperature
Setback Control
Toggles the Master Temperature Setback control
On or Off
The LED is illuminated when the Temperature
Setback control is On.
4 Access Additional
Master Controls
View and toggle additional master controls such as:
S Fill: (standard with Melt-on-Demand systems,
optional with tank systems with Fill)
S Communications: Also known as Remote
Lockout, prevents write activity from any
assigned input or when the melter is controlled
from a PLC. Read only access is allowed. You
have read and write access if you access the
melter with the touch screen or WiFi. Default is
Enabled, meaning read/write access is available
using discrete inputs and PLC.
