Defining Manual and Electronic Pressure Monitor and Adjust Settings
You can order manual or electronic pressure adjust from the factory,
otherwise, you can order the appropriate kit. Contact your local Nordson
representative for more information.
S For manual pressure monitoring, you will need part number 1128344.
S For electronic pressure monitor and control, you will need part number
1128345.
S For the complete pressure runup kit, you will need part number 1128908
Defining Manual Pressure Adjust Alert Settings
1. Select Pressure Setting Range Alert and press the on the
Navigation pad to toggle Pressure Setting Range Alert to Enabled or
Disabled. The default is Enabled.
2. Select Minimum Pressure Alert, press > then enter the absolute
minimum system pressure before the melter enters into an Alert
condition. When done, press the
on the Navigation pad.

3. Select Maximum Pressure Alert, press > then enter the absolute
maximum system pressure before the melter enters into an Alert
condition. When done, press the
on the Navigation pad.

4. When done, press < to return to the Pressure Settings menu or to
return to the Home screen.
NOTE:
S Press on the OLED panel to clear and reset any Alert, Fault, or
Stop condition.
