1 System Status LED Indicates at a glance the system status. See the
System Status Chart on the following page.
2 Tank Fill/Fill Level LED Optional
The LED illuminates when the fill system is actively
filling the tank.
3 System I/O or
PLC Communications
LED
The LED illuminates when an input is assigned, or
when the melter is controlled from a PLC, WiFi,
touch screen or laptop. When the Communications
Master Control is disabled, the LED is not
illuminated and all remote write access to the melter
is blocked.
NOTE: You can still control the melter from the
panel itself, WiFi, touch screen or from your laptop.
4 Wireless LED Optional
The LED illuminates when the WiFi is enabled and
at least one device is connected. The LED flashes
when the WiFi is enabled, but no device is
connected.
