Failed solenoid, module, or nozzle Refer to the applicator manual to
troubleshoot applicator problems.
Repair or replace failed components
as needed.
Operator changed setting:
temperature, pump air pressure,
adhesive pattern, line speed,
carton size, or an ATS setting
Re-teach the ATS system for the
current settings.
4. System not displaying
or generating alarms
Alert and or Stop Alarms are
disabled.
Enable the Alert and Stop Alarms.
Enabled Output or Alarm Output
wiring loose or disconnected
Check and correct the wiring.
5. Add-On/Product value
erratic or 0
Product detector out of calibration Adjust the gain to ensure that the
product detector is triggered during
the complete carton cycle.
Flow meter sensor loose Check the flow meter sensors on the
manifold and re-tighten loose sensors
to hand-tight.
6. System stuck in Teach
mode
No products passing the product
detector when the system is in Skip
mode, or the system is in Teach
mode and Products to Skip is
zero(0)
Press the CLEAR ALARM key to exit
the skip or Teach modes.
