1.4 - COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE
Pizza forming machines are the result of a several yearsʼ
experience.
• The machine consists of a bearing metal work struc-
ture, which houses a lower dish lifting reduction gear,
a xed dish placed on the upper side of the machine,
a lowerable plastic top, electric and electronic com-
ponents to control the machine functioning.
• Depending on the model, the upper machine dish is
available either splayed or at.
• Depending on the model, the diameter of the dishes
is from 33 cms to 45 cms.
• The machine can be equipped with an optional trail-
er-mounted base.
1.5 - PREARRANGEMENTS AT PURCHAS-
ERʼSCHARGE
a) Prearrangement of the installation place.
• The purchaser shall prearrange a supporting surface
for the machine as indicated in the chapter “Installa-
tion”.
b) Electric prearrangement.
• The power system should comply with the local reg-
ulations and provided with an efcient earthing.
• Place an omnipolar sectioning device on the power
feed line, above the machine.
• Thesizeoftheelectricpowercablesshould
comply with the maximum current required by
the machine, so that the total voltage drop at
full charge will be less than 2%.
c) Neutral wire
• The machine is equipped with neutral wire, therefore,
a special terminal being identied according to the
relevant directions has been prearranged.
1.6 - EMERGENCY OPERATIONS IN CASE OF
FIRE
a)
In case of re turn off the power by disconnecting the
main power switch.
b) Put out the re by means of suitable re extinguishers.

1.7 - EXPLOSION RISK
•
The machine is not suitable to be used in a place
with explosion risk.
1.8 - SOUND PRESSURE LEVEL

machines have been developed
to keep the continuous equivalent weighted acoustic
pressure level A(dB) lower than 70dB during machine
idle strokes.
- Sound pressure when empty: 65,4dB
- Sound power when empty: 79,0dB
