Enable the cutout switch placed on the upper machine
side.
Press the switch(1) on “I”.
The heating elements for dish heating turn on indicated
by the LEDs (2) and (3) coming on.
Set the upper dish temperature to 140°C using the
thermostat (4) and the lower dish temperature to 130°C
using the thermostat (5).
Set the pressing time to 3-5 seconds using the timer
(7).
Wait for the dishes to reach the set temperature indi-
cated by the LEDs (2) and (3) going off.
5.3 - MACHINE FUNCTIONING (Fig 2)
IMPORTANT
• Forthedoughtospreadoutproperly,itshouldbe
at a minimum temperature of 15-20°C.
• Beforeplacingtheballofdoughonthelowerdish,
rollitthroughthesemolinaourgivingitaslightly
attenedform.
Place one ball of dough per pizza in the centre of the
lower dish (6).
Simultaneously press and hold down the buttons (8);
the upper dish (9) will lower attening the ball for the
set number of seconds and then rise.
Release the two buttons (8).
If necessary, adjust the dough thickness by acting
on the knob (10); turn it anticlockwise to increase the
thickness and clockwise to decrease it.
