6.1.d.b - Resetting the safety thermostat (Fig. 4)
If the temperature of one or both dishes has exceeded
250°C, the safety thermostat is activated; to reset it,
operate as follows:
Undo the four screws (1) and remove the panel (2).
Reset the activated safety thermostat by pressing the
red button (3) located in the centre of the thermostat
(upper dish heating element thermostat (4); lower
dish heating element thermostat (5)).
6.1.d.c - Eliminating play from wear (Fig. 5)
The pinion (1) and the rack (2) may wear over time
and the upper dish rather than stop immediately at the
end of its travel goes down further due to wear of the
components.
To adjust play from wear, operate as follows:
Remove the rear panel (3).
Loosen the two screws (4) of the bearing support (5)
and the four screws (6) of the gearmotor (7).
Loosen the lock nuts (8) and turn the screws (9) by a
1/4 turn, then tighten the lock nuts (8) and the screws
(4) and (6).
Do a few pressing tests and repeat the adjustment if
necessary
