13.2.2 CO2/O2 User Calibration with Certified Gas at atmospheric pressure: Preliminary Operations
If you use a gas at atmospheric pressure for CO2/O2 User Calibration, you can calibrate LEO in Aspiration
Mode by using the internal Pump.
Figure 79 shows how to connect LEO during the CO2/O2 User calibration with a gas at atmospheric
pressure by using the Tube-A. Follow the instructions below to connect LEO to Tube-A:
1. Connect the clear connector (a) of the Tube-A to LEO gas inlet port labeled with icon (1 in Figure
81).
2. Put the cap on LEO gas inlet port labeled with icon (2 in Figure 81).
3. Connect the red connector (b) of Tube-A to the gas reference at atmospheric pressure (1 in Figure
81).
4. Okolab recommends the use of a purge tube attached to LEO gas outlet port (5 in Figure 79). The
purge tube has to be placed in a well ventilated environment. You can use the supplied additional tube
as tube for purging.
