NOTE: To see a preview image when you are using
the optional document processor, place the originals in
the document processor again.
You can also see a preview image in the same way with
polling transmissions. When you press the Start key for
a polling transmission, the machine scans the originals
and saves the images in the polling box. For more
information on polling transmissions, refer to Using
Polling Transmission on page 4-42.
You cannot preview images in the following situations:
• When the original is a non-standard document size
• When you are using Mixed Sized Originals mode
• During a direct transmission
• During polling reception
• When On is selected in the Long Original setting
