To verify the file transfer:
1. The Dictaphone DS-3000/DS-4000 Upload Utility dialog box opens
automatically when the upload process is initiated.
2. If the Dictaphone DS-3000/DS-4000 Upload Utility does not initiate
the upload process, select File > Get Files to see the list of the
uploaded files.
Note: If the upload utility does not open when you place the
recorder in the docking station, the application might have been
closed. To launch the application again, click Start > All
Programs > Dictaphone > Dictaphone EXV Olympus Uploader
> Olympus Uploader.
• Icons in the far left column indicate the status of files uploaded from
the Olympus recorder.
– A green icon indicates that the file has been successfully
uploaded to the EXVoice server. The file has been deleted from
the recorder.
– A red icon signifies a failed upload. The file has not been
transferred to the EXVoice server and remains on the recorder.
