Chapter 4: Configuring EXVoice for Using the DS-4000 Recorder
The Information column in the log displays data that can aid in
troubleshooting the error.
• Data in the log can be sorted in ascending or descending order by
clicking any of the column headings. This enables you to view
entries sorted by date, user name, user ID, worktype, and so on. The
setting you select is retained when the application is minimized and
when the PC is restarted. The log entries are retained for 30 days.
• The Date/Time entry in the log reflects the date and time that files
are uploaded. The date and time stamp in Job Lister comes from the
date and time set on the Olympus recorder.
You can also use Job Lister to verify that the files have been transferred
successfully. In EXVoice Job Lister, execute the All Ready report and ensure
that the test report appears in the list of jobs. Refer to “Adding the Input Type
Column to Job Lister Reports” beginning on page 56 for additional
information.
