9.3 Level Shaping
By using the Shaped Level function available in the Frequency Sweep and
Frequency Sweep (External Coupler) modes you can vary the Bode 100
output level within the frequency sweep range. Possible applications for this
functionality include:
• Avoiding nonlinearities during Control Circle analysis (e.g. of DC/DC
converters)
• Reduction of noise or avoiding overloads for circuits showing a high dynamic
variation of gain within the frequency sweep range
To activate the Shaped Level function:
1. In the Configuration area, click the Level arrow, and then click
Shaped Level.
