Outsorts and reunites
While the Eagle is extracting, imaging and sorting mail, envelopes and documents
will be outsorted for various reasons. Some envelopes may contain a paper clip or
other foreign object and be outsorted before being opened at all. Some envelopes that
are not opened properly will be outsorted because the contents could not be
removed. Other envelopes will open correctly, but the document and check may not
be separated properly and that document and check is outsorted. There are many
reasons for outsorts, and many of them can be processed by the Eagle after some
action by the operator.
