The Time section displays information about the time it is taking the system to
process the job. This information includes:
• Active Job Time - Total time it takes from the start to the end of the job.
• Run Time - Time that the system is actively running the job.
• Jam Time - Total time that the system is stalled while a jam is cleared.
• Idle Time - Time machine was active during Active Job Time.
Job Run Percentages
The Job Run Percentages section provides a breakdown of how the mail fed into the
system was processed. This information is provided in both numerical form and by
percentage. It includes:
Outsorts Envelopes sent to the Outsort bin.
Output Envelopes that have been processed. These pieces could be processed as:
- Reunites - Envelopes and pieces were reunited and sent to the Reunite bin.
- Thick Stack - Pieces that were sent to the Thick Stack bins.
- Rejects - Pieces that were rejected.
- Clean Mail - Pieces that were successfully processed.
Outsorts tab
The Outsorts tab displays the possible reasons for outsorts, and the number of
envelopes that were outsorted for each of these reasons. See “Outsorts” on page B-1
for more information.
Reunites tab
The Reunites tab displays the possible reasons for the envelopes and contents being
reunited and sent to the Reunite bin. It also shows the number of pieces that were
reunited for each reason. See “Reunites” on page B-2 for more detailed information.
