Job Time
Time from when the operator starts a job to when the operator exits the Run
Job window. Job Time includes both the following:
Active Job Time
Idle Job Time
Output
Transactions that have passed through the Extractor Module and have been
sent to either the Reunite Bin or one of the Stacker Bins.
Output Rate
Number of envelopes per hour the Eagle is processing. The formula for the
Output Rate is:
Outsorts
Number of envelopes determined to have:
Metal
More than the expected number of pieces (multi’s)
Folded contents
Other problems that would cause an outsort.
The statistic report contains a list of counts for each outsort category. Each
envelope that is directed to the Outsort Bin will only increase one category on
the list. If a piece has the potential to increase multiple categories, only the
first category in the list is increased.
Reference Feed
Rate
Number of envelopes fed into the Eagle per hour. The formula for the
Reference Feed Rate is:
Reference Jam
Clear Time
Estimated time it takes to clear a jam. This number is fixed at 20 seconds.
Reference Output
Rate
Number of envelopes processed by the Eagle system. The formula for the
Reference Feed Rate is:
Reunites
Number of envelopes determined to have bad extraction, folded checks or
documents, or other problems that may affect the processing of the paper.
The statistic report contains a list of individual counts for each reunite
category. Each piece that is sent to the Reunite Bin only increases one
category in the list. If a piece has the potential to increase multiple categories,
only the first category in the list is increased.
Run Time
Total run processing time.
Run Type
Shows how much of the job was run on the Eagle and how much of the job
was run on the IEM. If it is set to:
Extractor - Run starts at the Extract module.
Refeeder - Run starts at the IEM.
Stops
Any time the Eagle is halted due to a problem which could have been avoided
by the operator (i.e., feed empty, no bin available, etc.).
