Installation
❖ Standard-definition connection (SCART)
If you have a TV or VCR with a SCART connector, you can connect up as shown in the
diagram below.
SCART lead
1. Use the supplied SCART lead to connect your box to your TV or VCR.
2. If you want to connect your box to a TV and a VCR at the same time, you must
use an additional SCART lead.
3. SatCR or Universal LNB - Connect the coaxial cable from your satellite dish
to the satellite input connector (marked SAT IN) on your box.
Notes
A SCART lead carries both video and audio signals to your TV or VCR. However, if you want to make
alternative audio connections to improve the sound, see page 14.
You can, if you wish, add a VCR (or DVD recorder) using a SCART lead to the set-up shown on page 12.
